What Next?

  1. Click on the download link to the left
  2. Change option to Save File and press OK
  3. Once downloaded, open up your downloads and find the file.
  4. Open up the file and run CtrlSupport.exe
  5. Once the next pop up appears on screan, press Run
  6. A second pop up should apear. Press Yes.
  7. Quote your ID & your Password to the collegue you are speaking to.
